We all want to live forever. It is a wonderful thing to daydream about, but it probably will never happen (at least not in this lifetime).
Although we are always getting older, there are ways to “stay younger” and feel healthier. Of course, all the old standards – a balanced diet, exercise, and sleep – still apply.
